Who knows the best place to build a log cabin?
We Do! And it might not be where you think...

Everybody wants a log cabin, in the mountains, surrounded by large pine trees, close to world class fishing, skiing, snowboarding, hunting, camping, amazing hiking, untapped climbing areas, fabulous mountain biking trails (we'll tell you an interesting fact about the mountainbike trails but we want to leave some surprises for later), snowmobiling, atv and bridle trails that are endless. Oh, and this area is home to one of the world's largest and healthiest elk populations in the world, roaming among antelope just out your back door.
But it's not far from the nightlife either! You'll enjoy close access to shopping, fine dining and all the fast food too, dancing, new theaters, live music, pool tournaments, great pubs and clubs, casino gaming and lots of shows, weekly car racing, annual festivals, art shows, car shows, native american festivals, horse back riding and go carting for the kids and so much more!
Sounds too good to be true doesn't it, but guess what, we are outdoors lovers and we actually get out and about as often as we can! Due to our many explorations and the fantastic connections we've developed, we want to pass this great land information along directly to a small amount of people who are outdoors lovers just like us!
Imagine being able to get up early in the morning and go downhill skiing from 11,000 feet until you get hungry. Then, drive a short distance for a delicious lunch before you exchange your snowpants and skis for your helmet and bike. You are going to absolutley be BLOWN away by the seemingly endless and remote mountain biking trails. You'll be surounded by some of the most majestic camping, fishing and hunting areas that make it seem like you must be in another part of the country and certainly NOT where you actually are.
You're going to have a place all your friends and family will absolutely love to visit for many years to come, and they WILL want to come and they wil want to get a piece of the pie too.
"In 11 years of living in the area, I have seen over 10 black bear and many cubs, my first and only wild bobcat, over 50 eagles with 40 of them at one time, I counted over 60 buzzards circling over one area, I've had elk in my front and back yard nightly for several years and I've counted over 100 elk in the meadow at one time. Just through the woods of my back yard I've stood still while over 60 antelope raced by me through the forest, I have found two dead bears during my time in this area, one was hit by a car and one I found in a real bear cave amazingly enough. I have seen more wild turkey than I can count and you can see them daily in some places certain times of the year. On one of my many amazing mountain bike trips that I take several times a week, I found myself in between what was a very large bull and about 20 very lovely cows! He let me know he didn't like me there by a bunch of snorts and a few hooves scraping the ground! I've seen more native ruins and petroglyphs than I can count. Many of these simply go unseen because there are so few people who know where to find them. I've come across groups of wild horses on several mountain bike rides and they are always just fantastic to watch run as fast as they can away from our alien looking helmeted heads with sunglasses to really spook them! Yes, I can honestly say that this area has it all, and at all times of the year becasue the weather is always incredible. I've traveled across the country many times returning to this area we speak, and when youfinally get here, you can honestly say that it is like coming to an oasis after hundreds of miles of flat heartland. I can't think of anyplace else that has so many unique and fun things to do in such an accessible area and many things that you will only find here. Oh, and I've taken over 100 groups climbing and rapelling into some of the most amazing river canyons you've ever seen." It's the place to be when you are young and the place to be when you're not."
After skiing down alpine slopes and a life-altering mountain bike ride, wash down the dust with a cold beer and hear some live local music. Don't get too comfortable because it's time to shoot over to the riverside with your fishing poles and throw in a few lines in one of the 300 cold water lakes or more than 100 miles of rushing trout and bass-laden rivers. Fish until a little after the sun goes down and head home for some rest from a long day because you're golfing tomorrow -after you meet everybody for the huge breakfast fuffet at the casino. Crab legs, eggs benedict and some coffee and now you're golfing in one of the most heavily-pined golf courses in the world. Golfers who are lucky enough to find this area are among the luckiest golfers in the world. All this is indeed possible because we do it and love it! And so will you. In fact, we might even show you a few secret spots that until now, we've never shown anyone!
